I can use FE Pattern writer to write the pattern ,What the hell is wrong with this VNR Pattern Writer Tool ,You select a physical Drive from the list it provides and start 0x00 just for starters ,The Writing dialogue box keeps going on and on even for this 32GB Pendrive ,Tools seems to have gone bonkers ,Anyone can provide some hits

PS : Hello to the sleepy staff at VNR "This forum needs some of you to check and reply to threads seriously " .

Hmm, could it be that the operating system gets a wrong size for the disk? Which size does the Windows Disk Manager show for the disk?
I developed my own pattern writing tool on Linux, if you are interested to try it, let me know.
