hello does somebody know the manufacture of this BGA100?? it was inside an SD card . iv found on internet that some come with the S logo but i dont know the name of the manufacture

do you know what pin is this BGA???
it was on SD card.. customer said is an BGA100. but the pads doesnt match with the bga100 stencil

its match with Micron BGA100 pdf - just two channel sharing this same lines on your SD card PCB

Sir the pads doesnt match with BGA100 stencil

is your stencil a 10x10? maybe look at the pitch of the pads and match it up with a stencil that way. possibly a BGA88 might match
