Nope. Just for fun I contacted Rusolut about licence transfer, they do not recommend buying used one, but will transfer to new owner.
And from time to checking price, it looks like the price in the offcial shop rised recently.

I read this post deeply, I know these days manuaftures does not take searious customers after they pay money. Of course this is matter of the risk and final price. If I had to pay more than 75% of original kit, I would probably buy brand new with warranty and support. Probably below 30% I would take a risk if it just pass some simple tests. Anyway I am just speculating, it is kind of niche market, so secondhand offers are quite rare.
