MRT has started moderating the posts on their forum.

I have posted a lot of questions on MRT,
and their answers are often
- quick
- wrong
- completely wrong
- or dont answer the question

They deserve criticism for not making sure their answers apply, but they dont want the world to see that - so they hide behind moderating.

I think that they have two ladies who are translators but not techs.
They have to bug the engineers for answers.
So they do their best - but sometimes its clearly just guesswork on their part.

MRT needs to have an engineer go through the forum and audio record the answers quickly,
then the translators can post decent replies.

I told mrt that moderating the posts looks bad.

They replied that they need to because of spam problems....

I'm not buying it...

Its a closed forum.

They can ban someone who spams.

They can moderate someone who spams.

The real reason is to avoid embarrasment for dumb forum responses to questions or product flaws.

So apologize for dumb answers and try to do better.

and acknowledge the bugs and promise to fix them.
