Or you can remove the contact between the PSB and the connector that go to the heads, turn on the power, wait until the disk will give the readiness, then give the command "sleep" and not turning off the power to re-establish contact between PSB and HDA - you will have access to SA.

Umm.... I'm pretty sure if it's new and working you don't need data recovery. Just copy the data.
