SAMSUNG HM250HI/SCC (PN 3462) LED110C ERROR

HI!
I changed the headstack of this drive two times (two donors).

-- The first try (head swap) i can read almost 80GB with both heads and later with the head 1 only and then, LED110C.
-- The second try (head swap), the LED110C error showed on terminal and i cant read nothing.

I returned the heads to the DONORS and both now are showing LED110C (same log):

Most likely drive have media damage that killing heads,hope you did backup firmware before imaging.
And this case is for experts who have experience in such situation.

Bad sector on SA or
Weak head or
Bad head
