@SALIM, mate don't be upset. If you think people are refusing to help you, I think you are misunderstanding this group. Of course there are those people who will never help anyone, not even their own mother, but I would like to believe that there are enough decent people who would help you if they could.

As a rule of thumb, I would think that if you cannot find your needed resources at hddsurgery.com, then that particular model or firmware version is most probably rare.

Hi bro, this is raj from India. Recently i got a seagate d0 family 4tb drive with scratches on platter 2. I tried disabling logical headmap on rom but it's not working on this drive. Is there any way to disable heads to make the drive work properly.
