ST1000LM048 couldn't find files after formatting

i received an HDD "ST1000LM048" as shown in the attached the client formatted it by mistake and when i tried to recover the files i did not find the formatted files and folders

any one knows how to recover them ?

Hello I am working on same model. Though I have been successful to recover handful of files , Even though files /folders are visible in recovery tree these files are all zeroed out. Recovery may not be possible. I have read recovery is possible from WD SMR drives as presented by ACELAB by T2 module but I don't know as I don't have any experience or knowledge.
