WD Palmer 2.5" failed to unlock : Wrong size of ROM file

Hi,

I have WD Palmer 2.5", HDD is no issue at all working as normal. I ma just need to save the SA < I need some module on it.
But during unlock I failed to proceed.

1. Copy ROM IC using programmer.
2. Upload the file, and unlock, fail :

Creating unlocked ROM...
Family : .......................................: Palmer
Data source of original ROM file : .............: from file
Path of original ROM file: F:\ROM ORIGINAL WD10SPZX WX41AA926JVS\MX25U8032E@SOP8.BIN
Wrong size of ROM file!
Create unlocked ROM : ..........................: Failed
Technology mode key : ..........................: OK

Any body knows what is the problem?

bug in v 21112 downgrade to 2193 it will be solved

1025KiB is too big. It should be 1024KiB. This IC has an additional 4Kbit OTP area for serial number and special data.
