I think it's $ 550 the Express and $ 750 the Ultra, if I'm not mistaken.

$750 to add a feature that isn't proven might be tough sell.

Well,
They are out of thier bloody mind ,Brain fart i would say ,Why will we pay for this to them , every few months they change thier policy and start all this nonesense ,When You have Acelab SSD Addon to your udma or express who the hell needs the MRT SSD .I am really interested to see what on earth they have in the 2.1.4.0 update thats exciting for me atleast ,
PS : Do you guys know the latest Suport Policy ,Only 1 Free Support Case Per New Card And Then USD 50/- Per Case Lol , I Am Sure MRT Company Will Be Closing Soon With Thier Brain Fart Policies

In my opinion I think they are making a mistake commercially.
You cannot be creating expectations for so long. This ends up getting people tired.
I think they have had first to repair all the aesthetic and bundled failure as can be expected with version 2.1.4.0. Once this is done, if the product meets the lively you launch the SSD version and you can ask for money, while thinking that many of us have bought the mrt in installments and somehow that policy should be contemplated for this type of customers.
Anyway it is an opinion and I miss many variables that I do not know.
I think MRTLAB does many things and I don't regret buying it, but MRTLAB's communication doesn't convince me.
A greeting.

Well,
I Know The Future Now , VR Module Will Be Another Paid Addon Later IMHO .Also If We See The Overall Picture Specially Of USD 50/- Per Case Support Fee I Would Say Acelab Is The Way To Go ,If Acelab Can Roll Out a Installment Based Product That Will Kill MRT And DFL To Pieces ,Acelab Should Wake Up Before Its Too Late ,BTW i am Happy To Have SSD Nonesense Out Of MRT Version 2.1.4.0 Only 3 ODD Controllers Full Support

In my opinion there are certain changes and small improvements that widely compensate for the price paid for the update.
I have always lacked that the initial disk selection windows in the different brands are the same, but it is simply aesthetic.
I think it is important that they focus a little on Toshiba, as there are a lot of these disks on the market.
At the moment I am happy with the update, I have to prove what it does with palmer, spyglass and charger.

Well,
If they have figured out the mod 02 new structure and have a working slow fix ,Then We Are Set

Does anyone activated the SSD utility?.....Please post here your experiences with it.
Thanks

I don't think it will worth it... At least not to anyone having PC3000 SSD...
The list of supported controllers is very slim.

Knowing that the percentage of SSDs recoverable with PC3000 is still quite low, I don't have much expectations for MRT's SSD add-on.

I don't think 2.1.3.1 has any improvements except for the paid SSD utility. They corrected some things in 2.1.4.0 but not all. The big problem in DE still remains.

I finally broke down and paid for the update and another month's use. The change to the interface really isn't much more than a few tweaks and new icons. I haven't gone down through my list (
https://www.recoveryforce.com/forums/vi ... f=25&t=340), but I don't think that they have addressed much. And, if anyone suggests that MRT isn't aware of my running list, they commented on it back in March 2018, 1 1/2 years ago.

So what do you get for your money apart from some shiny new buttons to press?
