Assuming that the ROM is embedded in the main IC, and there's no external U12. Then you'll just need to use a close enough ROM + LDR combo from a similar drive. Once you get the LDR loaded, read tracks, extract modules, rebuild ROM, then you should be good to go. As long as the ROM and LDR match each other you should be able to read tracks. The DIR location just might be different.

He said to me he could read some tracks. But how if the PCB is burned?
