I can't get system module information
when click DM Family firmware unlock say unlock faild :roll:
please see attachment and help me

the same fault i am facing in seagate ST9250827AS FIRMWARE 3.CTA CAN YOU GIVE ME SOME CLUE HOW TO RECTIFY
