Seagate Constellation CS ST3000NC000 terminal issues

Hi everyone.
I am having some problems with this disc. The terminal is disabled.
When I start it without doing anything it gives me:
I try to access the terminal, bit that gives me:
The disc ends up en BSY state. How can I solve this?
