Exporting MAP file

Is the Map file in MRT exportable (usable) in PC3000? Or do any changes need to be made?

initial stage MRT made the tool which we can convert Pc3000 task to MRT now it wont work somehow.....
MRT Task to Pc3000 would be Great cause MRT don't support many file systems if we can able to open same task created by MRT in Pc3000 that would be Great ..............
