Can you upload the resources, including a ROM and track dump?

I suspect that most of the CP errors are bugs in your tool.

I think the problem should be no accessing SA/Data area. Probably bad heads or media damage, since he can only read CP from PCB and nothing from SA...

There are several "Err" CPs which are ROM resident, eg 33, 92, 95. I believe these "errors" are due to a bug in the tool rather than a damaged ROM. A ROM dump would enable us to confirm this. In any case these false errors are obfuscating the real problem.
