what is the best and safest way to shield bad head in MRT for western digital drives ?
use shield head tools or using " Initialize self test environment" ?

You know in MRT we have option to disable bad heads during SS, but also there is option called shield head tools for directly shield head , so i ask hear to know which one is better and safest.
