I need rom e modules for Seagate Lombard ST4000DM000 CC52

Hello guys! I need help correcting this problem with a Seagate Lombard ST4000DM000-1F2168-CC52.
There is an explanatory video in the MRTLAB page but I can not find the rom, ldr and 3d module needed for correction.

what is the terminal log ?
Does drive clicks and spin down ?

Yes, it clicks a few times and slows down.

Then the heads are bad, and probably media damage too.

platter damaged or head damaged.more chance to platter damaged.
