also here in Saudi Arabia and my online version stoped working I get "network connection failed"

Doesn't look good. They could have at least enabled all the online versions to make them offline. Wishful thinking, I know...

Just got a rather bland reply blaming the people behind the websites. I hope that's all it is but for an IT company it doesn't exactly fill you with confidence.

That would suggest that they have a "team". My guess is that they aren't nearly as large a company as people think.

Maybe a bit like my "team"...
