when I paste the serial code of MRT Online 2141 in the site to activate it, I get this message: "The serial number is not bound to a user, Please contact us to bind!"

after receive the card, need register an user name from our website
and contact the person who you bought from, and send your card serial number and user name.
ask them bind the card with your user name, then you can use.
