As i see in the last photo it's translator issue LED:BD you dont need to make short on pcb to solve this problem

You cant access f3 even you unlock the rom and start with 3d loader from visual start
Pc3k & Mrt * last update can do the jop
I guss you have only mrt so make sure that you use latest ver of interface (latest update) # it's fully support new ver of EB01 firmware
Just follow this tutorial
