Capacity 3,86 means the drive doesn't read anything from the surface and its just using its internal service fw (from PCB).
I presume the drive is clicking? Does it click and spin down?
I am also guessing you don't need any data from the drive since you're trying to force-feed it with foreign fw?

You need to provide more info about the drives behaviour and what you're trying to do and then we'll guide you further.

Hola!

When you changed the PCB and transferred the "bios" chip, does the drive spin up? Because you're saying "it sounds trying". Does it fully spin up or not?
Does it click?

i guess it has died of overvoltage, the protection is blown on the original pcb and the preamp is toast in the hda.
you can only hope that subsequent power-ups did not kill your data for good. Do not power it up again, before making sure what the problem is.
If the above is true, it is not DIY, better seek pro help.
try searching for TVS on the forum, there are plenty of posts about it.
