It is a hybrid drive.
Probably problem is with NAND component.

Thank you for your reply, is there anyway to confirm? if the NAND is defective and i replace the motherboard and swap the ROM chip would it fix the problem?

Toshiba SSHD (Hybrid drives)

You have to issue >NVA command in terminal and Restart Drive.

This will disable NAND on the drive.

After that check if you can read the drive.

No. The Toshiba utility doesn't have a Terminal tab....You'll have to use another utility which have terminal tab (Seagate for ex.) and correct baud rate set or a separate software in windows.

I have the same problem with Toshiba MQ01ABD.
Please tell, what tool did you use. I can't find a terminal tab in SeaTools for DOS 1.12

Is your drive a hybrid model, too? If it is not, then the problem is different.

Yes, I have a hybrid model.
I've bougth a usb->com convertor and connected to the HDD with putty terminal.
NVA command solved my problem.
Thanks everyone for the tips :)
