I have an non-detected external harddisk . I have clear SMART, backup ROM. Here is the G list error msg.

I tried to clear the G List, but failed - power reset, soft reset, hard reset. I have to recover data from it. I m using MRT Ultra.

Please help me.

Be carefull when playing with MQ drives at MRT. I had troubles sometimes . Especially new MQ series.
Your drive looking MQ01ABD100M . Problem could be about that.

Try PIO reading at DE

I cannot find PIO in my new MRT Software. I am using version 2.1.6.1
