when i read sector 0 in gives 00 00 00 00 00 for the whole 0 sector and some other sectors
do you think that i should swap HEADs ?

What about sector 2048? Also 00? Sectors 1 to 2048 usually are empty. Except GPT partition style.

sector 2048 can be read at first when i turn on the hdd and after trying to read another sector with error and go back to sector 2048 it can't be read and it gives error
