It means that your tool has a bug.

Its MQ04ABF and MRT not support well ABF models. I dont advice to play ABF drives with MRT.
I had experiences before.

I believe that pc3k or simple “SPARK” is capable of handling this HD.

yes only Saeagate and WD models updates
