with desoldering the patient rom? YES
coz you may not be able to read it in circuit if the power rail is shorted for example.

soldered it to donor pcb? Yes

Let me say Again - IT IS CONFIRMED ORG ROM IS BLANK.
1. Only ROM Read via MRT ROM reader (result : Blank)
2. Putting on Donor PCB - Read via BOOT CODE (result : Blank)

Is there any way to Re-build the ROM (manually or automated) ? will be the best way to get the data.

yes, as i said i can do it.
Just tried to exclude any other problems that might have suggested that the rom is empty while it actually isn't, before moving to the rom recovery phase.
