WD 2T heads issue

i have a WD 2T 2.5 which only gives HEAD 0 when imaging any help with that please ?

Probably other heads are bad. You might need to replace them.

it gives HEAD 0 on all sectors does it mean the heads are weak ?

i mean that when i do create head map with MRT it gives only HEAD 0 and when i am imaging the HDD to another it gives HEAD 0 on all sectors and it images very slow not even 1 Mbps

You are using the unlocked PCB?

it is highly probable that you will screw up the whole thing without proper tools and access to the SA (not possible with orig pcb, at least not without unlock server). It can erase T2 or corrupt the SA with donor heads, then bye-bye data.
So i don't recommend continuing like this, especially it is a client's drive.

thanks a lot for your reply i did not do anything with the HDD and handed it back to the client
