There are several possible causes. Could be mishandling of folder junctions, a botched-up file size, files it thinks aren't deleted that really were, or it could just be the MRT software itself miscalculating the total. Personally, I'd switch to something like UFS Explorer at this point if your image is fairly complete. |

Personally I never use Mrt after imaging, Use UFS or R-studio instead. |
