Samsung 1Tb ST1000LM024 HN-M101MBB SA, Head normal,bad on DE

I have Samsung 1Tb 2.5", spec as below :

Model : ST1000LM024 HN-M101MBB

F/W Ver. : 2AR20003
Familiy : M8E 2.5''
Capacity : 1953525168 (931.51 GB)

SA, head test, is OK, but when go to DE, all heads is yellow. Run DE for each head is Yellow.
Anybody having this issue before?
