What does terminal say when you're trying to read a sector and fail?

GList adds needs to be disabled to get rid of the lengthy realloc messages. Also check on which heads you hit the errors, and wether this head can read the user area at all...

From the log i suppose H0 is weak, it can work with SA but can't read user area which has higher bandwidth. Some contamination can also cause similar behaviour.

PROBLEM SOLVED !

Hi Pepe..
You are right, one of the head is may bad and effected to all the heads, unless I repeat the DE process and shield/skip Head 2 in advance, and Head 0,1,3 doing the job very well.
Supposed I am check A-list in the beginning (it is my mistake miss this step) , but only SKIP HEAD 2 will works for DE.
So in time being will saved Head 0,1,3, and later H 2 after head replacement.

A defect table...
Read module (module: RLIST, module ID: 0x13) : .: succeed

Well,
Generally you will be able to read SA and not user area with a weak/bad head .In a weak/bad head make a headmap and then use the Function of DE that tests all heads atleast 3 to 5 times ,Find out the trouble head and switch it off and clone good heads ,swap heads and finish skipped head .

Recently one of my same model hdd ST1000LM024, H1 makes issue.
I initialized with hdd with headmap edit in mrt as 00 03 02 03 and selected the option Forbid change in SA.

All 4 heads started to image with some bad sectors ( H1 also read good but slow in initial Area)

Are you sure the data from H1 is correct? The way PC3k used to 'change head map' is pretty much inappropriate and if MRT cloned that you might have gotten data from H3 instead of H1.
This is because they remap zones instead of changing head map actually, so drive doesn't report error if you access data from the remapped head.
I never use this function in pc3k, have my own ways...
