Hi,
I am having problem to copy ROM from old WD family Pinclite 320Gb WD320AAJS using MRT, it is always failed. Other model WD 80Gb WD800AAJST, also have same problem . There is no 8pin IC for copy using external programmer as my option, anybody know how to copy ROM from those WD hard drive?

You need to rebuild ROM with new PCB.

use compatible ROM (something close by SN) should work if drive is healthy
or hotswap
