Hi, I have problem with WD WD10EURX-61UY4Y0,Trailxlb, 1Tb. SA, Hdd resources, read and saved > OK User sector viewer > OK Head test, min sectors to max sectors> OK Logical scan test > FAILED , as in attachment pics, from LBA 0 to max LBA 1953525168 , it is remain same problem. How to fix this issue? Thank you.

WD's warranty checker identifies the drive as "ARRIS CE". https://support-en.wd.com/app/warrantystatusweb Arris is a manufacturer of video surveillance equipment: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arris_International I expect that your drive has been firmware locked. |

Hi, As I described that SA, Hdd resources, read and saved with no issue, that means all those hdd firmware are opened and saved. My problem is in user area not service area/SA/Firmware. |

RE-write ROM modules and proceed DE. It is now DE imaging is works , but in very slow speed 300-500kb/sec only. Possible the heads weak?

Hi fzabkar, Unfortunately "slow responding" not fix the issue, Logical scan test remain failed. Those below test are pass : SA strucure test >> pass Hardware modules test >> pass Head 0/1 test >> pass (min to max sectors) User sectors viewer > pass (min to max LBA) |

Or it may any special option should I select in "slow response pop up menu"? I just select as it is.

Repair by 802E/802F is not an option since both modules are empty. I would think that you should tick all the Repair Options boxes, but I'm not a pro. I would dump the SA again after applying this fix. |

Your report show sectors pending reloaction so your re-lo list have entries so the drive is processing those and getting stuck and slow. Also it's not a repair and it's not by ID ... It simply read/write module 02 (aparently by ID) and patch it. At any rate select by ID and tick the 4 boxes on repair options. Power off/on. IMAGE THE DRIVE if possible by heads and check if some of them read faster than the others and if some have errors, etc ... Spildit, Module 2 how to patch in MRT? I am not found to do it in MRT. |
