Hi, I need help..

I have problem with WD20EFRX-68EUZN0 2Tb, no clicking, spin up spin down, no access to SA.
Action taken was done with problem remain.
Drive ready with ERR while spin down (pic).
ID not completely detected, only model. Else is no data and 0.00Gb.

- Blocking SA, disable 411, disable 02, remain same issue.
- Load overlay / mod 01 to RAM from donor, the mod list is available.
- Load overlay / LDR/ mod 11 to RAM from donor, ldr load error.
- ROM and ROM module able to saved by boot rom mode.

Thanks in advance for help..

If it spins down, that usually implies dead heads.

You are right, after replaced head with same model, SA accessible and DE done very well.
