What firmware to use for flashing ST4000NM003A?

Hi!

I have a pair of ST4000NM003A SAS Seagate Exos 7E8 HDDs with firmware N001
it's connected to Adaptec 8405 SAS card and shows Block Size 512 Bytes in webUI of Adaptec storage manager.
that HDDs constantly throws medium unrelated errors, and same time I have third ST4000NM003A with N002 firmware which works fine.
I want to update firmware on both problematic HDDs, but can't choose which to use.

Can you direct me please? Should I use latest Exos7E8-Cimarron-STD-SAS-512N-N004.zip ?

MRT does not support SAS cause there is no SAS controller
