MRT has a bug which sometimes doesn't load properly WD configuration ID in the utility on ATA0 channel.
Try to attach the drive on ATA1 to see if does the same, if is still the same then it is hard drive issue.

I've see this bug only for WD drives, it can be solved by repowering pc (turn off it completely from grid) and discharging motherboard caps (you can do that by pressing few times the power on switch of your pc while it is unplugged from grid).
Once you boot again in windows, disinstall and reinstall MRT and its drivers.

Problem Remain Same - even Changing to ATA1, ATA2

Interesting bug that would require a full discharge of the motherboard + re-install MRT to "fix" something that looks simple like the lack of capability to read a single module ...

I'm not sure that is needed both discharging completely motherboard AND reinstalling MRT sw + drivers.
I first tried to do the power off with MB discharge, it worked but after a couple days the bug reappered... i tried it again but it didn't help so i decided to completely reinstall MRT and it worked.
This means that reinstalling MRT sw + drivers helped to circumvent the bug, but i don't know if resetting power PC was necessary.

It could be just a coincidence that it worked the first time by doing the power reset.

I'm using the card with only 2 ports (MRT Express), your MRT card is different version (MRT Ultra).
If you get same error also with other tools then the problem is with your drive. You can try with Sediv or WDMarvel demo version, it can help you to figure if you're dealing with hdd issue or with mrt bug. Sediv and WDMarvel demo permit to read and save SA.

If with Sediv or WDMarvel you don't see that problem then you should contact MRT staff.
Occasionally it worked for me increasing timings on "parameter settings" in the utility, then exit and open again wd utility.
