I got ST500DM009 and in terminal: ---Mrt UnLock--- it seems the customer took it to another lab that used MRT
Can someone help me remove the Unlock and restore the original ROM so i can use PC3000

What about using this ROM to restore it?

You could patch your drive's adaptives into the donor. Hopefully the code is compatible with the SA.
