if donor heads got damaged, then almost surely there is some surface problem on side0. A SW-only solution won't solve this problem... |

hi Pepe, Yes, patient hdd platter on track 0 it may damage and if any head that try to read it will be spoiled. So, no chance to recover user data/DE. Thank you |

In this scenario i would aspect micro scratches on surface and head will get damaged. |
