ST500DM002, KC48, 500Gb but Capacity 3.86 GB, help !

I got ST500DM002, f/w KC48, 500Gb but Capacity 3.86 GB.
- No clicking, spin as normal, no error.
- Drive ready but unable access to UA, SA and terminal.

ID displayed look likes load to ST default, find the attachment.

Googling but nobody solved this problem in detail.

Did you check if PCB is native?

yeah, either pcb is not native or both heads are weak. 1st one is more probable.

Cannot read data from Media.
Contact point problem or Head issue.
If remove PCB from HDD. Seagate PCBs usualy shows 3,86 Gb

Sorry long time not touch DR as my city DR business is very quite.

All of you is correct, costumer is attempted swap PCB till they do know which ones native pcb.
After they send me 3pcb's , then I found native pcb.
PC not detected HDD anyway but DE is successfully.
