Hi,
I wrote to the MRT technical and sales staff on Microsoft Teams two weeks ago, but i still haven't received a reply.
I tried to contact them again yesterday and today, but still any response.
Does anyone know what’s going on?
Did they happen to ditch that shit called Microsoft Teams without announcing it? I’m starting to think they ran off as SalvationData did many years ago.

Message them on WhatsApp at +86 152 7813 0835. They usually reply there fairly quickly.

Thank you, but this phone number doesn't seem to be associated with any whatsapp account

Ok, it seem to be a valid whatsapp account, i just wrote them... waiting for the answer.
Is it hidden account? I didn't find this number anywhere.

I don’t remember, I found them somewhere a few years ago when I was buying MRT. Anyway, I talked to them about 10 minutes ago and they were responding, so just be patient.

All the MRT team moved new paid Teams accounts to bypass China locking them out of Teams. Whether it worked, is remains to be seen.

They replied to me on WhatsApp.

"sorry, microsoft teams for personnal user is not available in China now. We applied the paid enterprise account but it was blocked on 1st, Aug suddenly. We lost all the contacts there. So we have to move to telegram.
Please contact our technical support on telegram with the id : Mrtlabservice"

They're answering me now on Telegram.
Now that Teams is offline on China, they're much slower answering on Telegram

For sales, you can contact them on telegram @MRTLabsales
They prefer telegram instead whatsapp, because when i contacted them on whatsapp they replied that i've to contact them on telegram, even though they claim messages arrive late there, presumably because the chinese government applies stricter controls and filters to Telegram than to WhatsApp.
So, i really don't understand why they prefer Telegram

it is ridiculous to make serious business on telegram, whatsapp, or suchlike things.

I was asking them how to migrate from old 2 ports card to 3 ports card, because there is any official method indicated on theyr website on how to do that, how much to pay for and how to activate the new card.
I was told that they will publish the upgrading process for English cards in the coming day... we'll see.
At the moment the only link thay gave me about is this:
https://us.mrtlab.com/news/381.html

I don't like the idea of having to smash the old card with a hammer to prove i've rendered it unusable in the absence of an officially described procedure.
The only way how to migrate the cards is via whatsapp or telegram, and they're much more slower to answer now that Skype and Teams are gone.
They can't use Teams anymore due to governement lock, i consider Teams already dead since months because about all my contacts went away from it, nobody likes. Skype was very good but microsoft bought and destroued it very quickly.

My concern is what will happen if MRT disappears from Whatsapp and Telegram because chinese government decides to block those?
If it happened with teams, then the same thing could happen with whatsApp and telegram.

P.S.
I just found this about card migration, in chinese:
https://info.mrtlab.com/notice/183.html

This notice was pubblicized 4 month ago.

I spoke with them yesterday; the old cards will continue to work normally for now, and upgrading to a new card increases the installment amount if you choose the installment option.
