 Post subject: Are WD's forums the worst maintained on the Internet?

Some sh1tbag has been flooding WD's forums with spam for several years (?) and nobody has bothered to do anything about it. Doesn't this company care about its reputation? Is this a case of "not my job"?

I'm wondering whether the "WDStaff" are actually AI bots which are programmed to respond to certain triggers. For example, if a post remains unanswered after X days, regardless of the subject, this bot responds with ...
