Best data recovery company site? Which site impresses you?

Hi Guys,

I noticed many data recovery web sites online have features like:
* Job Tracking Online
* Live Chat
* Submit a Job online (gives a job # and option to print details and shipping label)
* Photo Gallery
* Video about the company

What Data Recovery web site have you seen that impressed you with it's 'Good ideas' to differentiate it from the competition.

My favourite site had a live lab cam. I thought that was pretty cool.

I saw that site with the live web cam, the problem is - it's just pointed at a door with nothing really going on. Any other ideas you saw on a site which you thought were cool?

I think the best thing is to keep it simple. A lot of people who see your site will be first time visitors and probably new to the world of DR.

It's all well and good having a fancy site with these tricks, but there's not much point in having -

A webcam - if it's not looking at something interesting
A live chat - if nobody is available to chat
Job Tracking - if the status isn't being update with meaningful info

Photos of your lab are important to show that you are professional and not just a pc repair shop.

A lot of our customers comment that our personal touch is very important, that they actually get to speak to the engineer who is working on their job.
