guzik spinstand information

about a year ago some guy on ebay in the uk purchase a guzik spin stand from the usa

paid $10,000

and with in weeks

was buying all faulty hard drives in bulk

what i like to know is what would he had used this for.

any tech guys give us the low down on this product
