can't be recognized by os

hello ,

so i have a working pc with seagate barracuda 7200 1 T with win 7 .

i connected a seagate momentus 5400.4 250 G to the pc and it's recognised by the bios but then the win 7 can't boot , it just hangs on the windows logo and keeps loading !

any help please ?
