SMART warnings , any thing serious ?

hello friends ,

i use this seagate 1 tera as my home desktop pc and i have these smart warnings "showed in the attached photo"
should i be frightened ?

should be worry as that crc error means bad sectors on the drive

had a new drive less then a month old with the same issue.
lost most movies as they where on those sectors that where damaged

always do a full format of any new drives
