Cricket like noise right after one raw read error rate

I don´t know if this is the right place to post it, but I would like to know your opinion about this.
The drive is a WD Velociraptor 150Gb, and so far, it´s working fine.
But about once or twice a week i get this noise, like a cricket (the bug) when they, you know, do their thing with the legs hehe, the noise duration is about half a second, I try to record it, but since i don´t know when it's gonna happen, it's kind of difficult
When this noise occurs, the (01) Raw Read Error Rate increase by one, at this moment is at 16, and it was climbing steadily for the last 4 or 5 months.
should I worry?, or this is normal?, I have other 2 velociraptors same capacity, and none of them do that and (01) Raw Read Error Rate stays at 0
any thoughts?

No, that shouldn't increase...
Check for bad sectors.
