Some SAD news, and needed your advice guys

Based on MS, they are closing MSN Messenger on March 15th and will move to SkyPE (which i hate MOST to use)

my question here guys, what do u use as an alternative to it?

I just needed to know to which should i switch looking for something Easy, not so heavy as Skype

I used to use MSN but moved to Skype some time ago, mainly due to poor MSN support on iPad.

I now much prefer it, having gotten used to it!

I also use Skype, altough I have used Pidgin as well...

I use Yahoo and MSN daily. Probably just use Yahoo if MSN goes to Skype.

I use Skype, MSN and Google Talks. With the transition, you can maintain all your MSN contacts with the one account. So, now I see both my Skype and MSN contacts from the single program.

I use Yahoo, Aim, and MSN... most of my contacts are on AIm tho... I use Trillian for all of them.. i hope they integrate skype into it... but I doubt it.

may need to move to skype since I have been hearing rumors of AIM shutting down too. but so far nothing in stone yet.

Well seems after some quick googling n advices here Trillian is the one, All-in-One
soon will be moving to it.

I use Skype, Google chat and occasionally MSN.
Pidgin is a great solution though, all in one.
