Lost Eternus 2000 console key, anything else work?

Hello.
I got an alarm that a hard drive failed. Went to the unit and saw no key yo unlock the console. It was just some little snub key.
Anything else work to open it?
I opened a ticket with Fujitsu support but haven't heard anything yet.

Fujitsu tech support really came through for me. Shipped out a new set of keys and I got it today!
