What happens when a client got mad....

Today I got this HDD. It came in a big box, but not even wrapped in bubbles or anti static bag.
When I look at it, and saw the bends, I thought that it had been kicked on transportation. So I call my client (an IT store).
He said that their client got mad with the HDD after a crash, so he picked up the drive and smashed it into the ground.
I can't imagine the interior
