re : sortoff question, why is deepspar not represented here

I'm new here and likely to make the odd mistake here and there, if this is so please let me know.

It has occurred to me that deepspar isn't here. i'm not sure why, they seem to be a staple of the industry unless i'm much mistaken.

Any insight into this would be great. maybe they just need to be informed a presence might be an idea ?

I think they want users to go on their forum for support. Problem is, Google doesn't index it so no SEO benefits from having a signature and actively using their forum.

There really is no benefit to them being here. They do watch the forums and I'm sure that they would respond to a post, should they feel it necessary.

Thanks guys for the responses, perhaps there is no reason, perhaps its an oversight, perhaps its simply that they prefer people to go to their forum and post stuff.

Since I'm a new customer of theirs (hopefully, should they wish to accept me that is), I intend to bring it up.

Any objections welcome. Representation can only have positive benefits to the community imo.
