How To Repair MAXTOR HDD?

hello sir, i had a problem here..
My hard disk are detected but it is still 0 byte at local disk properties and it cant formatted. And when through to installing windows, hard disk not found or your hard disk are damaged will be appeared. How i can fix it?

If u need data send it to a data recovery company if u need to repair it yourself u cannot do it because u need professional tools to repair them and they will cost you 100times the price of your hdd so it would be better if u buy a new one.
